It covers inventory across warehouses, order fulfilment and receiving, vendor management and customer follow-ups. The Valyxto team builds new processes for you, so you don't need an admin. Only need CRM? Valyxto CRM works for any business that sells.
Do I need an admin or implementation partner?
No. You configure your own data, such as units of measure, locations and categories. New workflows and features are built by the Valyxto team.
Can Valyxto manage more than one warehouse?
Yes. Stock is tracked by location, and transfers between warehouses are recorded as their own transactions.
Does Valyxto work with Excel?
Yes. The Converge add-in syncs Valyxto data with Excel in both directions and saves templates for recurring work. It is free to try.
Is Valyxto accounting software?
No. Valyxto runs the day-to-day operations of your business: stock, orders, vendors and customers. You can create invoices and record payments against them manually, but Valyxto doesn’t do bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll or tax. Keep using your accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, for those. If your accountant needs operational numbers, you can pull them into Excel with Converge.
