Are there limits on users, locations or warehouses?
No. One annual price covers as many users, locations and warehouses as you need.
Is implementation included?
Implementation is a one-time fee, from $15,000 USD for Valyxto or $7,500 USD for Valyxto CRM, quoted upfront.
Do new features cost extra?
Each support plan includes a number of feature requests a year, each up to 8 hours of work. Larger features, or requests beyond your plan, get a fixed quote before we start. New fields and simple reports are done right away on every plan.
Can I use Valyxto only for CRM?
Yes. Valyxto CRM covers customers, tasks, opportunities, quotes and sales orders for $10,000 USD a year. See Valyxto CRM
What support plans do you offer?
Ground ($10,000 USD a year), Express ($25,000) and Priority ($50,000). They differ by how many feature requests are included, how fast we respond and how you reach us. Without a plan, you can pay per request with Courier. Compare plans
Is Converge included?
Converge, the Excel add-in, is free to try for Valyxto customers.
